Solána Imani Rowe, aka SZA, is a distinct force in contemporary R&B, who has set herself apart with a vulnerable and casually poetic songwriting style and a voice conveying a multitude of emotions with subtle twists and turns. After a trio of EPs, her debut album „Ctrl” (2017), gave her five Grammy nominations, including Best New Artist. She earned almost as many nominations the next year by assisting Kendrick Lamar with “All the Stars”. Her first Grammy Award finally came last year for “Kiss Me More” with Doja Cat. Her second album, the critically acclaimed „SOS”, premiered in December and topped the charts in USA, Canada, Australia and many European countries, skyrocketing her to a new level of fame. 10 billion streams on Spotify alone, collaborations with global icons (e.g. Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Justin Timberlake, Travis Scott and the aforementioned Kendrick Lamar) and one of the most loyal fanbases in the world – we’re here for the SZA era!
