Snowbombing 2027 has just got a whole lot bigger, with a huge second wave of artists announced for the legendary Austrian mountain festival.
Following the first announcement of BICEP LIVE, FATBOY SLIM and ROSSI., Snowbombing has now added a host of major names to its 2027 line-up, including 2MANYDJS, ANDY C, BASEMENT JAXX, GROOVE ARMADA, SKREAM, WILKINSON, EWAN MCVICAR and EAST END DUBS.
The festival returns to Mayrhofen from 5th to 10th April 2027, bringing six days of music, skiing, snowboarding and late-night parties to the Austrian Alps.
2MANYDJS, ANDY C, BASEMENT JAXX & GROOVE ARMADA JOIN THE PARTY
The latest announcement adds some serious dance music pedigree to an already impressive line-up.
Belgian duo 2MANYDJS will head to the mountains with their legendary DJ set, while drum and bass pioneer ANDY C brings his high-energy sound to Snowbombing.
BASEMENT JAXX will also be appearing with a DJ set, alongside GROOVE ARMADA, giving festival-goers the chance to catch two hugely influential names from British electronic music in the unique surroundings of Mayrhofen.
Also joining the second wave are SKREAM, WILKINSON, EWAN MCVICAR and EAST END DUBS, adding everything from drum and bass and bass music to house and electronic sounds across the festival’s mountain and village venues.
The new additions don’t stop there – ARIELLE FREE, BULLET TOOTH, ELLIA JAYA, FISH56OCTAGON, JESS ISZATT, SASHA GIGI and OLIVE F have also been announced, bringing even more variety to a line-up that already looks set to cover plenty of ground across the electronic music spectrum.
And Snowbombing has already confirmed that there are many more artists still to be announced.
SIX DAYS IN THE AUSTRIAN ALPS
For those unfamiliar with Snowbombing, the music is only part of the attraction.
The festival transforms Mayrhofen into an enormous alpine playground, with performances taking place across mountain venues, forest locations, clubs and the streets of the resort. The official festival describes the experience as combining a ski trip with a six-day festival, with more than 625km of piste, mountain sets, street parties, pop-up parties and forest raves.
That unusual combination is what makes Snowbombing very different from a traditional festival. You can spend the day skiing or snowboarding before heading straight into the après-ski, catching an artist on a mountaintop and then carrying on into the early hours.
The festival also offers plenty away from the main music programme, including wellness experiences, mountain-top activities and its increasingly famous off-piste events.
AND THERE’S STILL MORE TO COME
The second Snowbombing 2027 announcement has significantly expanded what was already an intriguing line-up, but the festival is far from finished.
With more artists still to be revealed, there is plenty of room for the programme to grow before Snowbombing returns to Mayrhofen in April.
