Indisputably one of the UK’s premier songwriters, x4 BRIT nominee RAYE is one of the most streamed artists in the world. Her songs have amassed over 3.5 billion streams, having written for some of the world’s biggest artists including John Legend, Ellie Goulding, Khalid, David Guetta, Diplo, and Beyonce. RAYE’s debut album, and first body of work as an independent artist, My 21st Century Blues, reached No.2 in the UK Official Album Charts, including the global smash hit No.1 single ‘Escapism’ (featuring fellow All Points East performer 070 Shake). These are songs made by RAYE, for RAYE – see her perform them live at All Points East this summer.
Compton-bred gospel singer Jacob Lusk, UK-born producer and keyboardist Ryan Hope, and LA-native producer-composer and violinist Ari Balouzian are the undeniably ethereal, soulful R&B-soul-rock hybrid trio that are GABRIELS. The unveiling of their 2021 critically acclaimed EP Love and Hate in a Different Time quickly found fans in the likes of Elton John, David Byrne and Celeste, among others. The following year saw the BRIT Award nominees develop their two-part debut album Angels & Queens, with part two due for release this June.
The creator of ‘HIJINXX’, NIA ARCHIVES champions the DIY spirit. A producer, singer, songwriter and visual artist; Nia Archives’ distinct aesthetic and versatile style is influenced by a mixture of genres such as Hip Hop, Soul, Jazz, Samba & Old Skool Jungle. In 2022 she became the first winner of the MOBOs Best Electronic/Dance award. In March 2023, Nia Archives released the EP Sunrise Bang Ur Head Against The Wall, also recently sharing an EP of remixed versions for the very first time.
Joining the line-up is THE BLESSED MADONNA, an overnight sensation two decades in the making. In recent years, she has channelled the emotions of millions as the vocalist on Fred again..’s lockdown anthem ‘Marea (We Lost Dancing)’, become the voice of Saturday night radio, and provided remixes for the likes of The Chemical Brothers, Florence & The Machine and Elton John. With latest tracks ‘Serotonin Moonbeams’ and ‘Shades of Love’, The Blessed Madonna continues to be synonymous with inclusive, unifying, cathartic dance music.
Also performing in Victoria Park this summer is SOLOMON, who’s set to take over in the world of R&B/soul, Toronto singer-songwriter DYLAN SINCLAIR, FREX, an ethereal musician from LA, and exciting emerging Irish artist MONJOLA.
Founded by childhood friends J.Lloyd and Tom McFarland, JUNGLE formed in 2013 and developed its nature as a collective by working with different artists across diverse disciplines. Their self-titled debut record was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize, with all three of their albums reaching the Top Ten in the UK Official Albums Chart and over a billion streams to date.
To perform their music live, the London duo expanded to a seven-piece band fronted by Josh and Tom. The pair wished to challenge themselves, resisting the temptation to simply re-produce their music from their laptops, and instead translated their songs into a full and organic live experience.
After making a major impact on a world tour last year, and with a huge back catalogue of tracks including ‘Busy Earnin’, ‘Heavy, California’, ‘Casio’ and the infectious ‘Keep Moving’, their set in Victoria Park will be non-stop feel-good energy. New single ‘Dominoes’ is out now, the latest track from their upcoming fourth album VOLCANO coming on 11th August, just in time for their UK exclusive show at All Points East.
