MALMÖ ROCK FESTIVAL now presents the German power metal band FREEDOM CALL as the last band out and with DJ DREGEN who was announced recently, this year’s line-up is complete!
ROYAL REPUBLIC is the headliner on home soil and they are joined by THE DAHMERS, MOLYBARON (FR), GAUPA and GUENNA! It is also announced that the festival is moving back to the large festival area in the park that it had in 2019, there will be live music from 2 stages, bars, food trucks, merch, tattoos and much more.

When talking about happy Germans who play troll-friendly and melodious metal, FREEDOM CALL almost always comes to mind. Since the beginning in the late 90s, they have toured a lot to spread joy and encourage partying! Sweden in particular has been close to their hearts and the Swedes reciprocate the love. No one really knows how many times they’ve been here, but there are many and now for the first time at the Malmö Rock Festival.
