Dublin post-punk band SPRINTS, one of the most exciting new voices in British and Irish alternative music, are heading to INmusic Festival #18! Their second album “All That Is Over” (2025) is already being hailed as one of the most intense releases of the year — raw, honest, and explosive, just like their live shows.
Led by vocalist and guitarist Karla Chubb, with Sam McCann, Jack Callan, and new guitarist Zac Stephenson, Sprints have quickly evolved into a band with a sharper, heavier and more confident sound. After their acclaimed 2024 debut “Letter To Self” put them firmly on the map, a whirlwind year of touring across the UK, Europe, and the US cemented their status as one of the most electrifying new live bands – selling out ever-larger venues, collecting five-star reviews, and earning nominations including the Irish Choice Music Prize.
Their second album, “All That Is Over” (2025), marks a bold new chapter – written on tour buses, in soundchecks, and in the middle of a year that saw breakups, band changes, world tours, and a world on fire. Produced by Daniel Fox, the album dives into a landscape of chaos, rage, hope and rebirth, channeling the urgency of a band with nothing left to prove and everything left to feel. From the searing opener “Abandon” to the ferocious first single “Descartes”, Sprints turn personal upheaval and global turmoil into cathartic, unfiltered liberation. The album merges charged punk, darker psych-rock, “cowboy gothic” moods, and shoegaze textures, and with the band’s renewed chemistry, Sprints sound more confident and powerful than ever.
