If your idea of New Year’s Eve involves trading champagne flutes for lasers, bass and a crowd that has absolutely no intention of going home early, Decadence Colorado 2026 has just made a very strong case for where you should be.
The Denver NYE institution returns to the Colorado Convention Center on December 30th and 31st and this year’s lineup looks designed to send 2026 off at maximum volume.
At the top of the bill: ALESSO, DJ SNAKE, EXCISION, GRIZ, LANE 8, MARSHMELLO, SEVEN LIONS and ZEDS DEAD. But the real fun is in how wildly different the rest of the lineup gets.
House heads can dive into GREEN VELVET and LANE 8, bass fans have EXCISION, ZEDS DEAD, BLACK TIGER SEX MACHINE, SULLIVAN KING, CRANKDAT, LEVITY and ZINGARA, while the more left-field corners of electronic music are represented by artists including DEATHPACT, ISOXO, KASBO, YOUSUKE YUKIMATSU and THE RESISTANCE.
In other words: this isn’t a lineup built around one sound. It’s built around the idea that New Year’s Eve should probably get a little chaotic.
TWO NIGHTS. ONE GIANT INDOOR RAVE.
Decadence has been turning Denver into a New Year’s destination for more than a decade, and its indoor setting remains one of its biggest advantages. Rather than battling the winter weather, thousands of ravers will descend on the Colorado Convention Center for a two-night production designed specifically for the occasion.
Multiple stages, lasers, lighting, art installations and enormous visual production will take over the venue, with the festival claiming a dance floor footprint equivalent to six football fields.
That is a lot of room to lose your friends.
It also means Decadence can go all-in on production without worrying about what the Colorado weather decides to throw at Denver in the middle of winter.
THE LINEUP IS WHERE THINGS GET INTERESTING
The headline names are obviously huge, but Decadence 2026 has also made room for a generation of artists pushing electronic music in increasingly strange and exciting directions.
ALLEYCVT, DEATHPACT, ISOXO, LEVITY, ZINGARA and GORILLAT bring a heavier, more experimental edge, while DANIEL ALLAN, ITS MURPH and KASBO add some melodic and genre-blurring colour to the bill.
And then there is GRiZ, whose appearance is likely to carry some extra weight for Colorado fans given the artist’s deep connection to the state’s electronic music culture.
That mixture is what makes this year’s festival particularly appealing: you can spend one night bouncing between massive festival anthems, underground-leaning sounds and bass-heavy madness, then do it all over again the following night.
DENVER KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS
There is a reason Decadence continues to work in Denver.
Colorado has one of the deepest electronic music communities in the US, with bass culture in particular woven into the identity of the state’s scene. Decadence effectively turns that local energy into a giant annual gathering, drawing fans from across the country to celebrate the final two nights of the year.
And let’s be honest there are worse places to spend December 31 than inside a massive room surrounded by thousands of people, with lasers overhead and ZEDS DEAD, EXCISION, ALESSO or MARSHMELLO on the stage.
Decadence Colorado returns December 30th – 31st 2026, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
The countdown has officially begun. And judging by this lineup, 2026 isn’t going quietly.
