JORDAN DAVIS has been added to the headline bill for Country Thunder Arizona 2027, joining previously announced stars FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE and MEGAN MORONEY for four days of country music in Florence, Arizona. The festival has also confirmed its full Main Stage line-up, with rising country star STELLA LEFTY set to headline Thursday’s kickoff as the event returns to AZ Talio Ranch from 8 to 11 April.
One of North America’s biggest country music festival brands, Country Thunder is promising another packed edition featuring established hitmakers, country favourites and emerging talent. With a programme spanning modern country, southern rock influences and traditional sounds, the Arizona event continues to offer fans a broad snapshot of the genre.
JORDAN DAVIS JOINS A HEAVYWEIGHT HEADLINE BILL
JORDAN DAVIS has become one of contemporary country music’s most recognisable voices, combining personal storytelling with polished, radio-friendly songwriting. His catalogue includes the multi-platinum hit Next Thing You Know, which won Song of the Year at the 2024 ACM Awards, and I Ain’t Sayin’, another major success at country radio.
His 2025 album, Learn the Hard Way, continued his rise, drawing on the Louisiana-born singer’s blend of country, blues and southern rock. Having toured alongside major names including LUKE COMBS, DIERKS BENTLEY and KANE BROWN, Davis has also established himself as a compelling live performer. Country Thunder Arizona 2027 will mark his debut as a headliner at the festival.
Festival CEO TROY VOLLHOFFER said the organisers were excited to welcome Davis to the headline line-up, adding that the mix of established hitmakers and breakout artists had been designed to offer something for every country fan.
FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE REUNITE FOR A MAJOR FESTIVAL APPEARANCE
The return of FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE is another major attraction. The duo of BRIAN KELLEY and TYLER HUBBARD will appear together as part of their limited-run Anything Goes Again: The Festival Tour, giving fans an opportunity to experience their catalogue of crossover country hits.
The pair helped reshape modern country with songs that blended country roots with pop and hip-hop influences. Their blockbuster single Cruise became one of the genre’s defining commercial successes, and their high-energy live show has made them a popular festival draw. This will be their third appearance on Country Thunder Arizona’s Main Stage.
Meanwhile, MEGAN MORONEY arrives following a significant run of career milestones. Her third studio album, Cloud 9, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 in early 2026, while 6 Months Later has become another major hit for the Georgia-born singer-songwriter. Her combination of sharp lyrical observations, emotional honesty and contemporary country production has helped establish her as one of the genre’s leading current stars.
A DEEP MAIN STAGE LINE-UP
Beyond the headline acts, the 2027 programme features an impressive supporting cast. CARLY PEARCE, ASHLEY COOKE, JOSH ROSS, THE BAND PERRY, ERNEST and SHENANDOAH bring a mix of country radio favourites, contemporary songwriting and classic country influences.
The festival is also making room for the next generation. MAE ESTES, JUST JAYNE, ANNA GRAVES, COLTON DAWSON, ZACH JOHN KING and KAITLIN BUTTS are among the emerging names confirmed for the Main Stage. The winner of ARIZONA IDOL, the festival’s competition for local talent, will also earn a place on the bill, offering an Arizona performer the chance to play one of country music’s major festival stages.
MORE THAN MUSIC AT AZ TALIO RANCH
Country Thunder Arizona is about more than its headline performances. The festival’s wider programme includes the COPPERHEAD STAGE, which showcases rising artists from Arizona, and a SONGWRITERS SHOWCASE celebrating the writers behind some of country music’s biggest songs.
The ELECTRIC THUNDER tent provides a late-night destination for dance parties, while food, drinks, shopping and fan experiences add to the four-day atmosphere. Also returning is BUCKIN’ THUNDER PRO BULL RIDING, a sanctioned National Senior Pro Bull Riding event introduced in 2026, bringing experienced riders and the traditions of the sport into the festival grounds.
With JORDAN DAVIS, FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE and MEGAN MORONEY leading the bill, and STELLA LEFTY opening the festival’s headline programme on Thursday, Country Thunder Arizona 2027 is shaping up to be another major gathering for country fans.
