Rock Werchter 2027 has added another major name to its growing line-up, with Belgian pop superstar ANGÈLE confirmed for Sunday 4th July. And with a brand-new album marking the beginning of her next creative chapter, her return to one of Belgium’s biggest festival stages looks set to be about much more than a greatest-hits set.
The Brussels-born singer will join TAME IMPALA and SOMBR on the Main Stage on the festival’s closing day, bringing her sharp pop instincts, electronic influences and unmistakable personality to the Festivalpark in Werchter. For fans who have followed her rise from Belgian breakthrough artist to international star, this is a chance to see where her music goes next.
ANGÈLE ENTERS HER INSTINCT ERA
The announcement comes hot on the heels of the release of Instinct, ANGÈLE’s third studio album, released on 16th October 2026. It opens a fresh chapter for an artist who has consistently refused to stand still, blending contemporary pop with electronic production and lyrics that explore identity, intuition and the tension between control and letting go.
ANGÈLE has built her reputation on making pop music that feels instantly accessible while retaining a distinctive point of view. Elsewhere, MUSE have been announced for Friday 2 July, giving the 2027 edition an early dose of stadium-sized rock. More artists are expected to be revealed as the festival’s programme takes shape, with plenty of space still to fill across the four-day event.

Rock Werchter returns to the Festivalpark in Werchter, Belgium, from Thursday 1 to Sunday 4 July 2027. Ticket sales are scheduled to begin on Friday 30 October at 10am, with registration for the festival’s presale available through the official website.
With ANGÈLE, TAME IMPALA, SOMBR and MUSE already confirmed, the first announcements are giving the 2027 festival a strong mix of alternative sounds, international pop and big-stage rock.
