SLASH featuring MYLES KENNEDY AND THE CONSPIRATORS are already shaping up to be one of the must-see rock acts of summer 2027, with major festival appearances confirmed across Europe.
There are some guitarists you simply cannot keep away from a festival stage.
SLASH is one of them.
The legendary guitarist is heading back to Europe in 2027 with MYLES KENNEDY AND THE CONSPIRATORS, and the first run of festival dates is already looking seriously impressive.
The band will hit Bospop in the Netherlands, Masters of Rock in the Czech Republic, Hills of Rock in Bulgaria and Rockstadt Festival in Romania, bringing one of modern rock’s most formidable live acts to four major European festivals.
And this isn’t just another trip around the greatest hits.
SLASH and MYLES KENNEDY AND THE CONSPIRATORS will arrive with a brand new album, Flying Blind, due for release in February 2027.
That makes these festival appearances particularly exciting.
FOUR FESTIVALS. FOUR COUNTRIES. ONE VERY BIG GUITAR.
The European run kicks off at Bospop in Weert on 9th July, before Slash heads to the Czech Republic for Masters of Rock on 11th July. After a short break, the band heads further east, appearing at Hills of Rock in Plovdiv, Bulgaria on 25th July, followed the very next day by Rockstadt Festival in Romania on 26th July.
It’s a seriously tasty stretch of dates for anyone who likes their summer festivals loud, guitar-heavy and unapologetically rock’n’roll.
And then there’s the small matter of the new record!
ENTER: FLYING BLIND…..
Flying Blind will be the fifth studio album from Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, following 2022’s 4.
The partnership between Slash and Kennedy has become one of the most dependable forces in modern hard rock. Kennedy brings the soaring vocals, Slash brings that unmistakable guitar tone, and The Conspirators provide the engine room.
Live, it is a combination that rarely disappoints.
The new album also promises to keep things raw and direct, with the band recording much of it together in the same room. Which begs the question: how much of Flying Blind will make it into the 2027 festival sets?
EXPECT THE CLASSICS. BUT WATCH OUT FOR THE NEW STUFF!
Of course, nobody is going to a Slash show without expecting some seriously big riffs.
There will be plenty of familiar territory.
But the really interesting part of the 2027 shows could be hearing the new material dropped into the set alongside the songs that have made Slash one of the most recognisable guitarists on the planet.
For the European festival crowd, that’s a pretty irresistible combination.
Bospop. Masters of Rock. Hills of Rock. Rockstadt – Four festivals, four countries and one of rock’s biggest guitar heroes – Summer 2027 is already looking very loud.
And Slash has only just started!
