And now the schedule is live too, so you can start shaping your days and nights, down to the smallest detail.
This summer marks a first. For the first time ever, a K-pop artist headlines a Danish festival – That artist is JENNIE.
From BLACKPINK to her solo debut Ruby, she has been central to K-pop’s global breakthrough. The album featuring Dua Lipa, Kali Uchis and Childish Gambino – confirmed her position as a pop force in her own right. Her show at Roskilde Festival promises a full-scale pop production, setting the tone for one of the biggest moments of the summer.
KEN CARSON has emerged as one of the defining voices of rage rap, a sound driven by heavy beats, distorted textures and raw energy. With A Great Chaos, More Chaos and a growing reputation for explosive live shows, the Atlanta rapper arrives as one of the most in-demand names on the circuit – This summer, he plays his first show in Denmark.
THE FINAL DROP ADDS MORE DEPTH ACROSS GENRES.
BIA and Denmark’s MAS bring two distinct takes on contemporary rap, while MALK DE KOIJN return with their unmistakable blend of sharp wordplay and offbeat hip-hop. JALEN NGONDA delivers classic soul with a modern edge, PANDA BEAR & SONIC BOOM drift into more psychedelic territory.
On the electronic front, SAMA’ ABDULHADI and DJRUM each bring their own take on club music – from driving techno to a distinctive blend of breakbeats, ambient textures and bass-heavy production.
LIVE ENERGY AND NEW FAVOURITES
GETDOWN SERVICES channel sharp humour and restless energy into their electropunk shows, while SMERTEGRÆNSENS TOLDERE deliver stripped-back, uncompromising hardcore. POISON RUÏN lean into darker, more abrasive sounds, while HEMLOCKE SPRINGS offers melodic, off-kilter pop. SOLI CITY X VERTIGO takes things in a different direction altogether, combining classical strings, electronics and visual elements into a fully immersive live work.
SOUNDS FROM ACROSS THE WORLD
The programme continues to expand globally – HEINALI & ANDRIANA-YAROSLAVA SAIENKO rework Ukrainian vocal traditions in new contexts. ABDULLAH MINIAWY TRIO from Egypt blends spoken word and brass with experimental composition. Greenland’s TARRAK returns following a strong First Days performance.
PILI PILI GIRLS bring high-energy dance culture from Tanzania. SAAD TIOULY draws on Malian musical traditions, while VERRACO & LECHUGA ZAFIRO merge club music with South American rhythms.
