Noise Pop festival unveils their Phase 2 music lineup!

Noise Pop Festival USA 2026

Hometown festival organizers at Noise Pop Industries are excited to announce that the San Francisco Bay Area’s premier independent music and arts festival, Noise Pop Festival, has officially revealed the Phase Two music lineup for its 33rd annual edition, returning February 19th to March 1st 2026 with more than 50 acts now confirmed to perform.

The second wave of artists bolsters an already impressively diverse lineup, featuring long-awaited returns, special anniversary performances, and highly anticipated festival debuts from fast-rising acts. From electronic dreamscapes to indie rock milestones, this year’s festival continues the festival’s tradition of curating an eclectic mix of sounds and experiences for the Bay Area, with a unique lineup unlike any other found across the globe.

Noise Pop Festival’s Phase 2 lineup gives our fans even more to look forward to as we gear up for another historic edition next year. This announcement expands on what makes Noise Pop special – a mix of hometown favorites and emerging voices, plus boundary-pushing indie artists you simply won’t find together anywhere else – Kevin Arnold, Founder of Noise Pop Festival

Leading the Phase 2 additions is CUPCAKKE, known for her bold, unapologetic lyricism and boundary-pushing style, making her Noise Pop Festival debut following the October release of her newest studio album, The BakKery (2025); San Diego indie rock band PINBACK, celebrated for blending layered melodies with thoughtful songwriting; BAYONNE, the indie dream-pop project of minimalist composer Roger Sellers, whose lush, loop-driven and textured electronic compositions come alive in his engaging one-man live performances; JAY SOM, returning to the Bay as a Noise Pop Festival alumna (2016, 2017) while riding the momentum of her new album Belong (2025) and a global tour supporting her first release in six years; San Francisco’s own GIRAFFAGE and Brooklyn producer CHROME SPARKS, teaming up for a rare co-headlined pop-up performance at Public Works; and TOBACCO, frontman of the cult-favorite Black Moth Super Rainbow, following the band’s long-awaited return with Soft New Magic Dream (2025) after a seven-year hiatus.

Oakland favorites and returning festival alum ROGUE WAVE will return for two back-to-back concerts as the band celebrates the 20th anniversary of their beloved album Descended Like Vultures, alongside the release of expanded editions of the aforementioned cult classic project, including a fully-restored 20th Anniversary Director’s Cut, as well as the re-release of their album Out of the Shadow. Rogue Wave will be supported by MERIC LONG, co-founder of The Dodos, who is performing prized tracks from his first debut solo album Kablooey; and CALEB NICHOLS, the acclaimed poet and musician who’s also a former member of Port O’Brien.

Festival-goers can also catch Los Angeles’ “tenderpunk” project and Noise Pop alum ILLUMINATI HOTTIES, perform following the release of their latest album Power; ESPRIT 空想, the vaporwave music project from the mind of electronic pop artist George Clanton; Canadian electronic musician, a live performance from DJ and producer MARIE DAVIDSON, known for her hypnotic blend of techno, minimal-wave and spoken-word electronic music; San Fernando Valley’s Mexican Slum Rats, make their festival debut with their emo-meets-jazz-meets-rock avant-garde sound; Brooklyn siblings THE FIERY FURNACES; and Washington, D.C.’s power trio J ROBBINS perform classics from their former band, Burning Airlines, in a rare live set honoring the band’s reissued catalog.

Additional highlights of the newly added lineup include TOM KENNY & THE HI-SEAS, the rock-and-soul “party band” fronted by Tom Kenny who is famously the voice of SpongeBob SquarePants; indie singer-songwriter Clover County; and teacher-turned-rapper plus now Guinness World Record holder, MEGA RAN; alongside performances from Houston’s indie Latino rock band VORTXZ; Oakland’s very own high-energy punk duo DIESEL DUDES, and many others.

Now celebrating its 33rd year while continuously produced by Noise Pop Industries, Noise Pop Festival represents one of America’s last true independent music festivals and one of the longest-running festivals on the West Coast – a true citywide celebration of the music artists and venues that comprise the San Francisco Bay Area’s creative community.
