Bourbon & Beyond is a festival that uniquely combines world-class music, a rich culinary scene, and, most importantly, Kentucky’s famous spirit. Launched in 2017, the festival was founded by Danny Wimmer Presents, a major music festival producer, to celebrate the “bourbon lifestyle” and has grown to become a massive four-day event held at the Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.

The musical lineup is exceptionally diverse and doesn’t adhere to a single genre, instead curating an eclectic mix of legendary and contemporary artists from rock, pop, alternative, Americana, blues, and country. Attendance has grown dramatically, with the festival setting a record in 2024 by welcoming 210,000 people over the weekend, making it the largest music festival in Kentucky’s history.
