Texas’ “beloved festival (Alt Press)” Unsilent Night is excited to announce its return to Dallas for its 9th Edition boasting a new partnership this year between distinguished Texas promoter Third String Entertainment and award winning  Disco Donnie Presents (DDP), the leading U.S. independent electronic music promoter, collectively known as Disco Punk.

Today, Disco Punk is thrilled to unveil the first two acts for Unsilent Night 2023, including platinum selling headliner YUNG GRAVY and hyperpop superstars 100 GECS! Both acts are returning to Dallas this Winter to follow up sold out shows earlier this year at The Factory in Deep Ellum and South Side Ballroom, respectively.

This year’s event builds on the success of 2021’s movement towards a more “new alternative” focused event that mixes the music you’d find on Spotify playlists such as Top Gaming Tracks, Internet People, Misfits 2.0, Alternative Beats. The 2021 festival featured a top tier mix of artists who were making noise at a time where live music was completely shut down. The lineup included Grandson, Sleeping With Sirens, Nessa Barrett, nothing, nowhere., KennyHoopla, Sueco, Royal & The Serpent, Charlotte Sands and more.

When the world was shut down in 2020 and most of 2021, we needed music the most. Since we couldn’t attend live concerts, we spent the entire time discovering new music and keeping an eye on who was making the most noise. My business partner Orlando and I decided that the goal moving forward with Unsilent Night would be to put all these artists on the festival and end the year on a high note. Most of the artists you’ll see and songs you’ll hear on the stage for this event are much more poppy and upbeat fun songs.

Mike Ziemer – Festival founder

Founded by Mike Ziemer and Orlando Mendoza, Unsilent Night first launched in 2007, blending pop-punk, rock, and metal. The event has previously taken place in 2007 – 2009, 2011 – 2012, 2015 and 2021 boasting line ups that include names such as All Time Low, A Day To Remember, Forever The Sickest Kids, The Ready Set.
