VERONICA MAGGIO continues to break new ground. In September 2025, she broke the audience record at Nya Studenternas on her home turf in Uppsala, drawing more than 17 000 fans. Just a few months earlier, she also set a new attendance record at Gröna Lund, forcing the area to close already in the afternoon – Djurgården was simply completely packed. In 2026, VERONICA MAGGIO will play only a handful of exclusive shows in Sweden, including a return to Slottsskogen and Way Out West on Saturday August 15!
VERONICA MAGGIO is one of the most influential Swedish pop artists of our time, and she has certainly not been idle lately. The first part of her deliberately defiant album SCIURA was released last year, featuring hits such as “Level Up” and “Backspegeln,” which was also nominated for Song of the Year at P3 Guld. The second highly anticipated part will be released in March. In October last year, Veronica also made her film debut as both actress and screenwriter in 7 Steps, which was nominated for eight Guldbaggen Awards. In August, she will not only take over Stockholm Stadion for a big stadium show, but also return to Slottsskogen, where she last performed during the 2019 edition of the festival.

Three decades into their career, WILCO are still anything but a nostalgia act, and this summer one of alternative rock and americana’s most influential and uncompromising bands comes to Way Out West.
In recent years, CURRENT JOYS have reached a new audience through social media, where the song “Kids” in particular has been given a new life. It’s a reminder that deeply personal songs — old or new — can still spark huge engagement among younger listeners.
If JALEN NGONDA had broken through in the early 1970s, his name would very likely have been mentioned in the same breath as the most defining voices in soul music. The only difference is that he’s making this music now — and because of that, the present is richer.
Some bands knock on the door before stepping inside. LAMBRINI GIRLS don’t work like that. They kick the door in, shout something inappropriate, and then describe themselves better than any critic ever could: “The best band in the world.
