Two Door Cinema Club, Nothing But Thieves & Son Mieux play Grape Festival 2024

Nothing But Thieves play Grape Festival Slovakia 2024

Northern Ireland will be represented at the Grape Festival by one of their rarest exports – TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB. The band has five studio albums to their credit, the last of which, called Keep On Smiling, was released in 2022. TDCC performed here in 2017 and organisers still remember their concert as one of the best we have experienced in our history. We will experience great Brit-pop full of joy and dance energy on the main stage on Friday.

The British rock group NOTHING BUT THIEVES was formed in 2012 and has done 4 albums in a row. The breakthrough in the band’s career was the Broken Machine, which climbed to the second place in the UK Chart. This year, however, this album was surpassed by the new album Dead Club City, which reached number 1. The band around singer Conor Mason will perform for the first time in Slovakia, as part of the Saturday program on the main stage.

The seven-piece group SON MIEUX, led by frontman Camiel Meiresonne, will bring a mix of Dutch-style indie pop to the festival. Great live performances earned the band a nomination in the European Festival Awards in the Newcomer of the Year category.
