The last guests to sign up for the retreat, which will be held in Laukaa from July 16th to 18th, are: American band SEVEN SPIRES, representing a newer strain of dramatic metal, Finnish gothic stalwarts CHARON, Swiss pioneers of technical thrash metal, CORONER, Finnish band MOKOMA, and legendary Dutch symphonists EPICA.
Thanks for asking, satisfaction and anticipation – that’s the current mood. With these and other treats offered by our festival, we trust that people will enjoy themselves again. As always, this time too we can say that both this time and the entire menu are JS-spirited; a broad-minded and extensive cross-section of the rock and metal music repertoire. Something for everyone, that’s for sure.
In addition to the bands just announced, the beautiful waterfront scenery of Peurunga will feature FLOOR JANSEN, CARCASS, AMORPHIS, THE GATHERING FEAT. ANNEKE VAN GIERSBERGEN, BEAST IN BLACK, DECAPITATED, NESTOR, MORS PRINCIPIUM EST and numerous other familiar and slightly less common guests.
The event will offer an incredible milieu, the best service, unbridled delicacies, side programs, VIP services, Peurunga spa services and above all the best people as well as an unbelievably warm atmosphere and a cheeky good vibe!
The John Smith cosiness has certainly not been missed before, and it won’t be missed now either. There are a few changes coming to the area, but otherwise we’re going with the old tried-and-tested approach – a quality guarantee.
