The temperature has dropped and so has Snow Machine’s second line up. Joining the likes of CHET FAKER, KANINE, NINAJIRACHI and heaps more are Australian hip hop heavyweights HILLTOP HOODS, along with EXAMPLE, KELI HOLIDAY, TRIALS and KATAYANAGI TWINS – all ready to shred the slopes and stages of Snow Machine Queenstown.
Snow Machine returns 8–13 September, transforming Queenstown into the ultimate alpine party playground. With eight stages spanning the Main Arena and on-mountain après spots at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables, it’s a stacked week of music, adventure and parties in one of the world’s most iconic settings.
One of Australia’s most celebrated hip hop acts and ARIA Hall of Fame inductees, HILLTOP HOODS will be bringing their trademark electrifying show to Queenstown. The iconic trio are set to bring peak energy to the slopes with their catalogue of anthems including “The Nosebleed Section”, “Cosby Sweater”, “Chase That Feeling” and loads more.
Chart-topping UK singer, rapper and producer EXAMPLE will have Snow Machiners hitting the dancefloor with his electronica-fuelled sets. With a run of #1s under his belt, tracks like “Changed the Way You Kiss Me”, “Kickstarts” and “We’ll Be Coming Back” remain some of the biggest party anthems to date.
Dancefloor favourite KELI HOLIDAY will bring the party with his chart-topping “Dancing 2”, “Ecstacy” and more. The solo project of Peking Duk’s Adam Hyde, his atmospheric and groove-infused hits will have the whole arena shaking.
Rounding out the new additions is Ngarrrindhjeri rapper, songwriter and producer TRIALS who will bring the heat with his signature grit and emotionally charged show, and Auckland’s own KATAYANAGI TWINS who blend their Maori, Samaoan, Tongan and Niuean heritage into high energy sets.
