Rolling Loud Germany 2023 news

Rolling Loud continues its epic 2023 world tour with the inaugural Rolling Loud Germany, its first ever event in the country. The three-day bash brings the biggest stars in international rap and Afrobeats to Messe München in Munich, one of the most historic cities in Europe.

The weather was perfect and the vibes were pristine on the first day of the action-packed weekend, as passionate fans from Germany and all over Europe poured in to see their favorite artists. Lagos’s very own StarBoy, WIZKID, closed the evening with a vibrant performance, drawing from his massive catalog of hits and urging the crowd to dance and sing along.

WIZKID‘s set was a fitting capper for a day that brought a diverse and extremely talented array of performers to the stage: Florida superstar WIZKID WIZKID, UK scenesters like WIZKID WIZKID, UNKNOWN T and M HUNCHO, Afrobeats stars FIREBOY DML and AYRA STARR and rising US rappers like LUH TYLER, TIACORINE and BKTHERULA. The crowd gave a special welcome to German duo BONEZ MC and RAF CAMORA, who dominated the Loud Stage during their afternoon set.

The inaugural Rolling Loud Germany is off and running at Messe München in the historic city of Munich, delivering another star-studded lineup of exciting talent from across the rap universe for day two. Saturday kept the momentum going with even more unforgettable sets from today’s rap superstars and A-listers in the making, all of whom lit up the Bavarian capital with their unmatched energy.

Saturday’s headliner was Mr. Morale himself, KENDRICK LAMAR, who reminded the German crowd why he’s often called the greatest with his captivating performance of hits spanning over a decade. LIL UZI VERT made an electric showing with new hits from his recent Pink Tape project, while fan favorites like Memphis’ GLORILLA, Dreamville rhymer JID, and trap super-producer METRO BOOMIN kept the energy sky-high throughout a beautiful day in Munich, which also included performances from underground stalwarts like FAT NICK, ROBB BANK$ and XAVIER WULF. German giants UFO361 and LUCIANO rounded out day two with exuberant sets that showcased the talent of the local rap scene.

The festivities continue for a third and final day on Friday, as TRAVIS SCOTT headlines an international contingent of stars and risers looking to close the festival in style.
