The legendary boy band WESTLIFE will headline the Jelling Music Festival on 27th May!

Since their debut in 1999, WESTLIFE have enchanted pop fans across generations all over the world with vocal harmonies, twinkle in the eye and a massive hit catalogue. 14 times a Westlife song has been number 1 in the UK charts – a feat only surpassed by The Beatles and Elvis Presley. ‘When You’re Looking Like That’, ‘World Of Our Own’ and ‘If I Let You Go’ continue to fill stadiums all over the globe.

In May, WESTLIFE will give the year’s only concert on Danish soil at Jelling Musikfestival, as part of their Wild Dreams Tour, which began in 2022 with, among other things, a sold-out concert at Wembley Stadium.

WESTLIFE’s triumphant streak has spawned several impressive records. The band have sold 55 million albums worldwide, making them the best-selling UK group of the 21st century. The group’s first seven singles all went straight to number 1 in the UK Singles Chart – a feat that no other band before or since has managed.

Since the comeback in 2018 – after a six-year break from the music scene – the four members have kept warm with new albums. Among other things, in collaboration with Ed Sheeran, who is a declared fan and often has a Westlife number on the set list for his own shows. On the album ‘Spectrum’, which went to number 1 in both England and Ireland, Ed Sheeran helped write the first single ‘Hello My Love’. Most recently, Westlife released the album ‘Wild Dreams’ from 2021, which also hit the top of the album chart in the UK.
