In Flames, Bambie Thug & more confirmed for Provinssi Festival!

In Flames play Provinssi Festival 2025 Finland

Provinssi’s lineup for next summer’s festival is expanding with Swedish metal powerhouse IN FLAMES, who just performed to a sold-out crowd at Helsinki Ice Hall, and BAMBIE THUG, who has gained international fame as Ireland’s Eurovision representative. Also confirmed to join the Festival of the People are the new Finnish supergroup RODEO and returning crowd favorites BESS, EGE ZULU, LÄHIÖBOTOX and OLAVI UUSIVIRTA. Provinssi will take place from June 26 to 28, 2025, in Törnävänsaari, Seinäjoki.

Swedish metal legends IN FLAMES, known for their uncompromising melodic death metal, continue to evolve their sound, leaving a lasting impact on the heavy music scene. Their latest album, Foregone (2023), has received high praise worldwide. Yesterday, the band performed in an electrifying co-headline show with Arch Enemy, filling Helsinki Ice Hall to capacity.

BAMBIE THUG joins the international lineup with a theatrical, thought-provoking live show that transcends genre boundaries. The artist, who describes their style as “ouija-pop,” made the Eurovision top ten this past May with “Doomsday Blue,” a celebratory anthem dedicated to the queer community. The ever-innovative BAMBIE THUG won over Finnish audiences in September with a sold-out show at Helsinki’s Korjaamo.

Among the most exciting new acts debuting at next summer’s Provinssi is the supergroup RODEO, making their festival debut. Formed by Anna Puu, Erin, and Ida Paul, the trio blends pop with country influences and is set to release its debut album in early 2025. Another eagerly awaited release is from BESS, whose third album is set to drop next year. Known for her electrifying stage presence and hit singles like “Ram Pam Pam,” “Tempo,” “Sammumaton,” and the Benjamin collaboration “Paremmin ku kukaan muu,” BESS is sure to light up the stage.

The iconic singer-songwriter OLAVI UUSIVIRTA, renowned for his unique stage charisma and uninhibited energy, will bring a vibrant touch of Finnish talent to Provinssi. The hip-hop and afropop master EGE ZULU will represent Finland’s rap scene, with his recent release Mammanpoika earning him even broader recognition. Rounding out the lineup, LÄHIÖBOTOX delivers heavy riffs with rap, with their third album, Surullinen tapaus – sellaista on vapaus, set for release on Friday, November 8.
