Tuska festival, taking place at Suvilahti, Helsinki during 27.-29.6.2025 has announced a new batch of bands for the 2025 lineup. New addition to the headliner division is none other than the founding fathers of the Gothenburg melo-death-sound, IN FLAMES. The pioneer turned into foundation, In Flames are still adding fuel to the fire like no other.
IN FLAMES’ latest addition to their extensive body of work, the dynamic “Foregone” album, is a brilliant display of a band who are able to re-invent themselves time and time again, without losing the initial focus and the spirit that keeps the fans coming back, yet always adding another fresh layer to bring in new blood.
Their previous appearance at Tuska IN FLAMES gathered the biggest crowds of the weekend. Since they just played a show to a sold out Helsinki ice hall, Tuska 2025 will be even more intense.
Other new acts added to the bill are APOCALYPTICA who will be taking the Tuska stage in support of the follow-up to their legendary debut record ”Plays Metallica Vol. 2”, stadium-caliber brand of ultra-catchy heavy rock slinging LA-based BAD WOLVES, one of the hottest commodities on the Australian metalcore scene, POLARIS, top tier American deathcore squad WHITECHAPEL, Finland’s leading name in melodic death metal, INSOMNIUM, thought-provoking Irish phenomenon BAMBIE THUG and Norwegian stoner punk trio BOKASSA.
