With songs like “Josefin”, “Mamma” and “Elvis, I love you”, ALBIN LEE MELDAU captured the hearts of the Swedish people. In 2025, Alive Festival is part of his most extensive summer tour to date.
With an enormous dose of joy, energy and atmosphere, Alive Festival 2024 became a record event with 40,000 visitors. Work is underway to make Alive Festival 2025 the best festival to date and with bookings such as EUROPE, SOPPGIROBYGGET, IN FLAMES and MARIA JANE SMITH, the sights are set on new successes. Today, the 20 already presented acts are joined by another act: ALBIN LEE MELDAU!
Sold-out success in Avicii Arena together with the Gränslandet Symphony Orchestra, international tours, platinum records, the audience’s rapture during the finely tuned concert tour through the country’s concert halls in 2023, large arenas and festivals – ALBIN LEE MELDAU has experienced many highlights since his debut in 2016, but few things are closer to his heart than a traditional summer tour.
In 2021, Albin carried out the largest Swedish tour of the summer. During over 40 concerts, he performed in front of nearly 20,000 people – an impressive figure considering the audience restrictions that were in force at the time. Since then, he and his beloved songs have become synonymous with Swedish summer for many.
The summer of 2023 was special for ALBIN LEE MELDAU. After a completely sold-out concert hall tour with the concept “Hommage på svenska”, where he paid tribute to the proud Swedish singing tradition, he concluded with a grand finale at Dalhalla, before stepping into the next musical era and performing a few selected summer concerts. But next year it will once again be a traditional summer tour. Favorites such as “Josefin”, “Mamma” and “Elvis, I love you” will, along with new, yet unreleased songs, of course, follow him on the road. We are incredibly happy that Albin is making a stop at Alive Festival 2025 and look forward to an atmospheric sing-along evening at the festival area!
