Troubadour Festival, Texas’ largest barbecue and country music experience, is headed to Bryan for a weekend celebrating the state’s premier pitmasters and top country artists. Produced by Double Tap Entertainment, the festival features headliners ROBERT EARL KEEN and FLATLAND CAVALRY, alongside eight additional acts across the weekend festival.
The weekend begins Friday, March 27, with a free pre-party at The Palace Theater in Downtown Bryan, featuring performances by AMERICAN AQUARIUM and SHELBY STONE.
The main festival kicks off Saturday, March 28th at Midtown Park with Texas A&M graduate and country icon KEEN and FLATLAND CAVALRY, plus WAYLON WYATT, JASON BOLAND & THE STRAGGLERS, TYCE DELK, TAYLOR HUNNICUTT, THE KRUSE BROTHERS and JULIANNA RANKIN.

In addition to live music, attendees can explore food from 30 award-winning barbecue restaurants from across Texas, many of which have been recognized on Texas Monthly’s Top 50 BBQ Joints list, with several also earning Michelin Guide and James Beard Award honors. The festival will introduce themed showcases, grouping restaurants into five categories: Meat Church & Friends, 44 Farms Beef, Hogs Wild, South of the Border, and Wild Card. Each group features pitmasters presenting their own interpretation of the theme, offering festivalgoers an expansive range of flavors and styles.
We can’t wait to bring Troubadour Festival to Midtown Park in Bryan in 2026. We had three great years at Aggie Park, but we are excited to curate an entire weekend of events in Bryan with our pre-party, festival and Sunday brunch. The barbecue and music lineups are top-notch in all aspects. The overall experience is going to be bigger and better than we’ve had before in Bryan-College Station. We can’t wait for everyone to see it – Chase Colston, festival promoter and co-owner of Double Tap Entertainment
A portion of the proceeds from Troubadour Festival will benefit Hogs for the Cause, the festival’s official charitable partner. Hogs for the Cause is a nonprofit that provides financial assistance to families across the country with children undergoing treatment for brain cancer. To date, the organization has distributed more than $15 million to families and hospital programs. Each year, Hogs for the Cause also hosts its premier barbecue and music festival of the same name.
