Legendary 10CC confirmed for Time To Rock!

Time To Rock Festival 2026

“I”m Not In Love” may be 10CC’’s biggest hit, but contrary to what many believe, the sound of that song is not typical of the British band.

10CC was formed in Stockport in 1972 and, like their compatriots in The Beatles, frontman Graham Gouldman and his friends were not afraid to experiment with music. Ballads like the aforementioned song were therefore mixed with the reggae-scented “Dreadlock Holiday”, the rocking “Art For Art”s Sake” etc. The band has made a number of songs worth noting, e.g. “The Wall Street Shuffle” and “Rubber Bullets”. Perhaps our more local visitors like “Johnny Don”t Do It” the most? The song was written and recorded for the band”s self-titled debut in 1973 and just four years later, Skånepågen Kal P. Dal made an interpretation of it, of course in Swedish, called “Jonnie”.

10 CC has played in Sweden almost every year since 2010 so there is no doubt that the group is still popular here. It is not surprising in itself as their live performances sweep the field with most other bands that have been around for almost 55 years, and quite a few of the newer bands for that matter. Too good to miss. Art for art”s sake…10 CC for YOUR sake.

10CC will play Sunday 5th July 2026!
