Formed in Sacramento, California in 1988, the multi-platinum GRAMMY® Award-winning DEFTONES are one of the most influential alternative bands in the world.
The band, comprising Chino Moreno, Frank Delgado, Stephen Carpenter and Abe Cunningham, has released nine studio albums, with the most recent release being GRAMMY®-nominated Ohms. DEFTONES’ culture is revered as one of the most fervent that exists.
DEFTONES released their debut album Adrenaline in 1995. Adrenaline, its 1997 successor Around the Fur and 2000’s iconic White Pony have all been certified platinum.
DEFTONES are famed for their pioneering, experimental style, incorporating disparate elements from genres including art rock, post-hardcore and dream pop into their sound. Their diverse range of musical influences includes Faith No More, The Smiths and Depeche Mode.
